One small suggestion: Have a clear idea of what the homeowner expects with regards to clean up and protection of furniture etc. as you proceed with the work. We could have communicated a little better here.

The repairs to our toilet, faucets and roof, was first rate workmanship.The price was very reasonable and your response time was prompt, ant you arrived within ten minutes of when you said you would. 
This seems to be a problem with alot of other tradesmen. I especially appreciate the fact, that as you were leaving, you noticed the problem with the office door and stated that you could repair it immediately.  That door had been sticking for a few years.  It took you all of ten minutes, and the door started to operate and still does operate better than when it was installed.
